We currently only provide refunds if there is a defect, damage, or mistake in the order. Please note the following guidelines for requesting a refund:

You can request a refund only if:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective.
  • The product you received is incorrect (wrong design, wrong size, or wrong item).

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide proof of the issue. We strictly adhere to this timeframe to ensure fairness and efficiency in handling requests.

3. Proof of Damage or Mistake

We require clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. Please make sure your photos clearly show the problem with the product. You can email your refund request along with the proof to faithcheck2025@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number].

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days through the same payment method you used for the purchase. If the refund is delayed, please reach out, and we’ll assist you further.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind – If you decide you no longer want the product after purchasing.
  • Wrong size ordered – Please double-check the size chart before ordering.
  • Late refund requests – Requests made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
  • Damage caused after delivery – We are not responsible for damages occurring due to customer handling.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is received before processing, we will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days.
  • If the order is already processed or shipped, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
